MODULE I – FOUNDATIONS OF SURGICAL IMPLANTOLOGY
Duration: 2 Days
DAY 1:
- Biology of bone and principles of osseointegration
- Surgical anatomy for implant placement
- Principles of asepsis and infection control
- Implant systems: design concepts and components
- Radiographic evaluation and case selection
Diagnostic Orientation:
- Systematic interpretation of OPG for implant planning
- Introduction to CBCT and three-dimensional assessment

- Flap design principles and suturing techniques
DAY 2:
- Principles of implant positioning and angulation
- Drilling protocols and osteotomy preparation
